Wine down with us | Monday, September 28, 2026 5:00 PM | Dinner for two, already ordered. Cancel up to 24 hours before your seating for a full refund; later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. The menu and wines are set. Add any allergies to your booking notes and we will adjust the plates where we can. Wine is served to guests 21 and over. Your table is held for 15 minutes and is yours for two hours. Extra drinks and dessert are charged at the table. 242 W 10th St, near Christopher St (1 train). About We start with La Cabra bread and butter and heirloom tomatoes, paired with Barbichette's 'Pompette,' A Pinot Noir from Upstate New York. This all-natural, low-intervention rosé is acidic, bright, and juicy, with notes of eucalyptus and cranberry. Next, we move into a seafood course, pairing our sea bass ceviche with wagyu tartare. To pair with these spicy, bright dishes, I chose a grippy Malbec. Bodega Santa Julia 'El Burro' is from Mendoza, Argentina. This natural, biodynamic wine is known for its thoughtful label art, fresh fruit, and zippiness. This red wine tames the spiciness and showcases its unique blend of aromas. Finally, we have spaghetti al limone with delicata squash, paired with an iconic Chablis from Burgundy. This 2022 Maison Gautherin Chardonnay is rich, full-bodied, and citrus-forward. A perfect way to send you off. Cheers.
