Champagne Marie-Courtin

Champagne Marie-Courtin is a small grower estate in Polisot, in Champagne’s Côte des Bar. Dominique Moreau founded it in 2005 and named it for her grandmother. The estate works about 2.5 hectares, with Pinot Noir central to many of its wines.

Résonance and Efflorescence offer a useful comparison. The importer describes Résonance as fermented in stainless steel and Efflorescence as fermented and aged in used barrels. Both come from Moreau’s parcel-focused approach, but they are not interchangeable bottles.
