Founded in 2019, ShunYi Cellars brings together founder George Zhang and veteran winemaker Byron Kosuge to craft California wines that express the character of their vineyard origins. Rooted in George’s Chinese heritage, the winery celebrates wine as a bridge between cultures, stories, and people. For one evening, explore five wines spanning Santa Lucia Highlands, Russian River Valley, and Napa Valley, with George on hand to share the stories behind them. The flight includes an exclusive preview of the unreleased 2023 Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Tickets are $55 per person and include the five-wine flight. Only 20 tickets are available.
