About Casa a Corte
After years spent working in the hospitality industry for luxury hotel brands, Anne Benichou and Sylvain Greiner decided to get more hands on by opening their high-end guest house, Casa a Corte, in the Pugliese village of Nardò. The duo has transformed the 16th and 17th century former private mansion with five design-led guest rooms that blend original grand arches, stone walls and columns with an eclectic mix of antique furnishings, velvet clad armchairs and patterned textiles. Casa a Corte's more privacy-focused approach to hospitality means there’s a fully equipped kitchen for cooking your own Italian feasts, which opens onto a private courtyard and swimming pool. Alternatively, local chefs can come and do all the work for you, while you relax over drinks in the intimate lounge. Other experiences available include cooking classes, bike tours, yoga classes, massages and more.
