About Margaux
In central Épernay, Hôtel Margaux is more than a boutique stay: it is a family-built project shaped by intention and care. What began as a single townhouse has grown into a two-building property, including a former presbytery, now home to 27 rooms and suites. Interiors are inviting, with oak accents, soft lighting, and a layout that puts comfort first. A rooftop terrace, small spa, and easygoing bar complement the atmosphere, but it is the team behind it that gives the place its character: present, welcoming, and genuinely invested in what they have created.
