Boeme offers a step up in cocktail quality within the same general area if you want to combine both. Freni e Frizioni is the closest direct comparison for the outdoor, walk-in aperitivo format, it has more profile and a reliable spread, but Trastevere's broader piazza network gives you more flexibility if that bar is packed.
