About Lulu Guldsmeden
Once upon a time we would have expected a Scandinavian hotel in Berlin to be all severe minimalism, but Lulu Guldsmeden goes all in on hygge, with cozy textiles and surfaces in well-worn brick, wood, and leather. It’s very stylish and very 21st-century, right down to the restaurant, Sæson, which is locally sourced and almost all organic, and is known for its Sunday brunch. The neighborhood around Potsdamer Strasse is a hip, youthful one, and the same goes for the crowd here — there’s plenty to see on foot, and they’ll loan you a bike in case you’ve got bigger plans.
