About Join Chef Adam Ben'Ous and Quatorze for a leisurely late-afternoon, family-style lunch inspired by the food and wines of Alsace. Nestled along France's eastern border, Alsace has one of the country's most distinctive culinary traditions, where French and German influences come together in a cuisine that is rustic, generous, and made for the table. The afternoon will feature generous pours of Pinot Noir and Riesling from the region, as well as regional beers, and pours from a few special bottles! Warm Pretzels, Beer & Munster Croquettes, Alsatian Potato Fritters Choucroute Garnie - the Quatorze classic, with a unique twist! Coq au Riesling Spaetzle Pumpkin and Autumn Squash Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad And Dessert!
