**Please join us on Wednesday, June 26, for a special dinner service with guest chef Dean Boskovich** If you came to PNB in the first year, chances are Dean took care of you – and you’ve experienced his top-tier hospitality. Before Dean worked at PNB, he worked as a chef. From humble beginnings in places like Edible Arrangements and T.G.I. Friday’s, to working at Francis Mallmann’s 1884 in Mendoza, Argentina, serving as Chef and Culinary Director at local favorites like Vinnie’s, Jettie Rae’s, Gan Shan. Since departing PNB, Dean has been working on a Modern Argentinian concept in Southern California and continuing his work as a private chef with focuses in wood-fired cooking, seasonal ingredients, wholesome, nourishing dishes. For this takeover, Dean’s planning a fun menu full of snacky shareable little small plates. RESERVATIONS INFORMATION: - There will be three seatings for this event - you're encouraged to arrive at the beginning of your 2 hour window. Reservations are $25, the full amount will be applied to your food bill - so you can choose exactly what you want to eat. Dietary restrictions: most dishes in this event will be vegetarian or pescatarian. If you have other specific dietary restrictions please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
