The Historic Taos Inn is the most atmospherically rooted option in central Taos: a centuries-old adobe property on the main corridor, walking distance to the Plaza. Adobe Bar earns its local reputation. Best for travelers who want character and location over chain amenities — and for business trips where the setting does some of the work.
