About Les Charmettes
A pair of 19th-century villas on the coast of Brittany have been joined together and transformed into a charming and unpretentious 16-room boutique hotel overlooking the beach at Saint-Malo. This is the Hôtel Les Charmettes; four rooms in the original house with balconies face directly out to sea, while the rest, including those in the second house, have quieter garden or courtyard views. The interiors are stylish, a bit irreverent, and completely cozy and approachable, with a seaside vibe that never ventures into kitsch. Meanwhile the bistro is set directly on the beach, and weather permitting, diners spill right out onto the sand.
