About Ansitz Heufler by Norbert Niederkofler
In a 16th-century manor once owned by the Hohenbühel zu Heufler family, Norbert Niederkofler has created a retreat that carries his Cook the Mountain philosophy from kitchen to countryside. The Renaissance architecture remains intact: arched stone corridors, carved doors, and the pine-scented Herrenstube with its green tiled stove, yet ten rooms and suites update the story with warm woods, marble baths, and wide mountain views. Set in the quiet Anterselva Valley, it offers the warmth of a family home with the simplicity and clarity of a chef who knows when to let nature lead.
