About The Apurva Kempinski Bali
Weighing in at 475 rooms and suites, The Apurva Kempinski Bali is no secret little boutique hotel. In fact its near-monumental scale is a large part of its appeal. Here on the cliffs above Nusa Dua Beach, guests enter a self-contained realm of luxury, where rooms, suites, and villas cascade down the hillside from the vast open-air building that contains the bulk of the public spaces. The majority of the accommodations come with plunge pools, and all are decorated in an eminently tasteful modern-meets-classic style, with a near-monochrome color palette and a highly polished, even somewhat urban feel. Meanwhile all guests share access to an extravagant spa, a vast lagoon-style main pool, and a generous (and diverse) handful of restaurants and bars — including the extremely memorable Koral, whose dining room is set inside a vast aquarium.
