About The Lygon Arms
The Cotswolds village of Broadway is lately a place you go for a bit of retro restoration, and the Lygon Arms is the most luxurious way to do it. Its roots go back a long way — King Charles I is its most notable former guest — and while its antique atmosphere remains lovingly preserved, the comforts have been brought subtly up to date. The spa, for example, is Victorian in its aesthetics but modern in function. Above all, it’s a place to relax — despite its history, there’s nothing overly formal about the place.
