About Chez Camillou
In the mountainous department of Lozère, just inside the Aubrac natural park, is the Logis Chez Camillou, a lodge-style escape that’s roughly one part rustic and robust and one part stylish and urbane. The 37 rooms come with all the comforts demanded of a rural getaway, there’s an expansive spa and wellness area, and the breakfast is similarly country-style (read: substantial). And when it comes to the cuisine, the hotel carries on in that plentiful vein all day — the Brasserie La Gabale is tempting enough, and the main attraction, Cyril Attrazic’s gastronomic restaurant, has earned a Michelin star.
