About this event
**A Special Olive Oil Tasting & Pairing Experience:** **Meet the Makers of OLA Extra Virgin** **** Giulio Zavolta and Rachelle Bross; the husband-and-wife team behind [Olivaia](https://www.oliveoiltimes.com/production/making-award-winning-olive-oil-from-californias-centenary-trees/125484); are coming to Olive This Olive That on **Friday, June 19th** for an intimate, guided olive oil tasting experience. **** Stewards of the land and self-taught farmers, Giulio and Rachelle rescued a historic old-growth orchard from destruction, lovingly re-cultivating century-old trees that now produce fruit for their award-winning extra virgin olive oil. Their dedication to health, nutrition, family shines through in every bottle; and their oils have earned a place in the kitchens of celebrated restaurants including Chez Panisse, Seven Hills, La Cigale. **** Because olive oil is best experienced alongside food, Giulio and Rachelle will personally guide guests through a tasting paired with wine, cheese, honey; a true celebration of flavor, craft, terroir. **** **Seats are limited.
