La Paulée des Champs returns to Maison Troisgros and the surrounding Troisgros properties in Ouches, France from June 4-6, 2026. The program is an intimate celebration of Burgundy wine, cuisine, friendship created with the Troisgros family and joined by leading producers including Domaine Michel Lafarge, Domaine Pierre Morey, Domaine des Comtes Lafon, Domaine Roulot, Domaine Georges Roumier.
