Genesis Cortina d'Ampezzo 2026
Genesis is a four-day gathering in Cortina d'Ampezzo founded at SanBrite to explore the future of food, hospitality, and the mountain landscape. The September 3–6, 2026 edition brought together chefs, producers, artisans, entrepreneurs, students, and other guests for talks, local-tradition workshops, nature experiences, regenerative-cuisine dinners, and conversations about responsible short supply chains.
