Neil calls Regards a letter to Portland, Maine, written from everywhere he's been. The cooking is coastal first: Maine seafood with the flavors of Mexico and Japan, masa made in house, and a love for overlooked fish. Raised in Los Angeles, Neil spent years in Spanish and Japanese kitchens in New York before moving to Maine. Regards made Bon Appétit's 50 Best New Restaurants in 2022.
