    Cocktail development

    the bar was originally a product development base for drink research and development. Its role is to research, experiment, and develop drink ideas, including work connected to Draft Cocktail products. It is the original laboratory where draft cocktails are invented.

    The format includes a rotating tester role. The selected tester is tasked with creating three cocktails inspired by their surroundings, keeping the programme oriented toward new ideas and flavour development.
