FLOW at Green Sun Hotel

FLOW is a tasting-menu restaurant on the ground floor of Green Sun Hotel, at 2285 Chino Roces Avenue in Makati. Its cooking brings together Peru and the Philippines, with chefs Kevin Uy and Gabriel Ong leading the kitchen. This is the Makati restaurant recognized with One Star in the MICHELIN Guide Manila and Environs & Cebu 2027.

A Peruvian-Filipino perspective

The operator describes a menu organized around the landscapes and ingredients of two countries. Uy spent five years in Peru working with Virgilio Martinez and Pia Leon at Central, following study at the Basque Culinary Center. Ong brings experience from Alain Ducasse at Morpheus in Macau and Amber in Hong Kong. Their restaurant also incorporates the work of local artisans into the dining experience.

Michelin places FLOW in its Creative category. The distinction is attached to the cooking at this restaurant, not to Green Sun Hotel as a whole. FLOW was the new One Star addition to the 2027 Philippine selection, announced on October 29, 2026. Diners comparing it with other restaurants should distinguish the Star from a Bib Gourmand or a Selected recommendation, which are separate Michelin distinctions.
