About Herbal Hotel
Once a 17th-century Franciscan monastery, Herbal Hotel is one of Wrocław’s oldest buildings with its vaulted ceilings, ancient well and cloistered corridors which exhibit centuries of history. Over time, it became home to Elizabethan sisters, a wartime ecumenical circle, a pharmacy garden, and even student housing. Today, it holds 66 elegant rooms, each shaped by the building’s original structure, some with soaring ceilings and garden views. Carefully restored, never overdone, Herbal honors its past without getting stuck in it. For guests who value architecture with a story, and still want crisp sheets, it’s a rare find.
