About The Fort Garry Hotel
One of Canada’s original grand railway hotels, The Fort Garry Hotel still holds its place as a Winnipeg icon. Built in 1913 and now a National Historic Site, its château-style silhouette opens into marble floors, chandeliers, and wide corridors that once hosted the likes of Louis Armstrong and King George VI. Rooms mix original features, woodwork, high ceilings, vintage detailing, with updated and plush finishes.
