About The Rupestral House
Carved into the volcanic tufa of Uçhisar, this small cave hotel commands views across Cappadocia's fairy chimneys and rock-cut valleys from one of the region's higher vantage points. Rooms range from the modest Osbar Economy up through canopied Hammam Royal Suites and the arched, living-room-equipped Paul Lucas Superior Suite, each with underfloor heating that keeps temperatures stable year-round regardless of season. Hot air balloon flights over the landscape at dawn are easily arranged, and the fairy chimneys, underground cities, and rock-hewn churches of Göreme are all close by.
