About Dunton Town House
Its sisters Dunton Hot Springs and Dunton River Camp have long been regarded as some of Colorado’s finest and most singular outdoor luxury lodgings. Dunton Townhouse is more conventional, but it’s still far from ordinary. This five-bedroom guest house is set in Telluride, home of the famous film festival as well as some phenomenal skiing and summertime recreation. And in its style it steers clear of Rocky Mountain kitsch, instead paying tribute to the town’s Tyrolean heritage. At this size, it’s bound to fill up far in advance — a party of ten can book the whole thing — but the well-deserved Dunton reputation is such that, if a room is available, it’s worth planning a trip around.
