About Manami Resort
Sipalay is on the southwest coast of Negros Occidental, far enough from the usual Philippine tourist trail to feel like a discovery. Manami is the only luxury resort here: five hectares where a wooded hillside meets the Sulu Sea, with eighteen villas woven into the terrain rather than imposed upon it. Bamboo, pitched timber ceilings and wide balconies facing either ocean or jungle give the rooms their character. The Linong Spa crowns the highest point of the estate; Lingaw Restaurant marries Negrense cooking with Spanish influence, and the sunset deck is built around the trunks of living trees. A dedicated nature butler looks after everything beyond the villa.
