Cleo, the Mediterranean restaurant, aims to adapt the old Hollywood glamour of the original Mondrian for 21st-century Seoul, and the rooftop bar, unashamedly named Privilege, serves single-malt whiskeys and fine wines with an extraordinary view of the city.
