About Tenuta Le Tre Virtù
The Mugello Valley of northern Tuscany, less than an hour due north of Florence, is rather like the rest of the region, but just a shade more dramatic. Similarly, Tenuta le Tre Virtù is a familiar type — a Tuscan villa turned luxury boutique bed and breakfast — but it’s the details that elevate it into something far out of the ordinary. You certainly wouldn’t call the rooms and suites an afterthought; each one comes in its own distinct color scheme, some of them quite bold, and they all juxtapose rustic farmhouse architecture with elegant and finely wrought furnishings. They look low-tech, but all they’re really missing is TV, which you won’t miss, especially with a window that opens onto the surrounding landscapes.
