About Tenuta Negroamaro
This corner of Puglia is unusually green, and so is Tenuta Negroamaro, just outside of Gallipoli near the coast of Salento. The farm and vineyard exert a verdant influence on the hotel’s interiors, by the London-based Olga Ashby; the ten suites are designed in a playful and memorable rustic-chic style. And while the estate is best known for its red wine, the rest of its produce is put to equally good use in the hotel’s small farm-to-table restaurant.
