The town of Ortisei appears tiny and far away from this little hamlet, which is home to a romantic hideaway where nearly all the rooms have beautiful views of the valley. The newest rooms, clad in vintage wood, are the most attractive, plus there’s a garden planted with 6 000 roses and splendid Stube-style rooms in the restaurant, one of which dates from the 15C. Welcoming, hospitable owners.
