About Dimora Santagatha
Dimora Santagatha sits in the upper part of Noto, in a calm pocket above the golden Baroque facades. The seven-room palazzo has been restored with care: patterned cement tiles underfoot, sage and espresso walls, vintage Sicilian furniture, and contemporary lighting that sharpens the mood without overwhelming it. Breakfast is generous and unmistakably local with granita, homemade cakes, and proper coffee served in a sunlit courtyard. Book all seven suites and the hotel can arrange a private chef for leisurely dinners in.
