The Cycladic-chic Enigma Hideaway Suites Mykonos feels especially far-flung and private, thanks to its location near the very tip of the peninsula. This luxury boutique hotel is made up of just four rooms, each sumptuously outfitted in modern earth-toned décor with king-sized beds and stone-walled terraces overlooking the sea. Sleek and spacious bathrooms, filled with natural light, have walk-in rain showers. Two are suites with separate living rooms, and a few come with private outdoor pools. Even more appealing is the hotel’s sparkling infinity pool, with its dazzling views of the Aegean. Lined in aquamarine tile, it features a row of stylish sunbeds elevated on platforms above the water’s edge, a long canopied pool bar running along one side. On the other side is The Harper, Enigma’s sophisticated open-air restaurant. It’s an idyllic spot for an al fresco breakfast, which can also be served in one’s suite: for those with a private pool, on a picturesque floating tray. The calm and off-the-beaten-path Glyfadi Beach, a short stroll away, is one of the best spots on the island to catch the sunset.
