About Onsen at Moncham
At 1,200 meters above sea level in the hills outside Chiang Mai, Moncham is already a destination before the hotel enters the picture. Onsen at Moncham builds something unusual around that setting: 24 rooms and suites where Japanese onsen culture and Northern Thai tradition inform every decision, from tatami floors and shoji screens to dark timber ceilings and thermal spring baths fed by deep underground sources. Mi Zü offers all-day Thai-Japanese dining; Hi De No Bu is the mountain-view cocktail bar; a third lounge is given over to nightcaps, with the Karesansui garden running through it all.
