About Kimpton Everly Hotel
Practically in the shadow of the iconic Capitol Records building is the Kimpton Everly Hotel, a hotel that somehow manages to offer a fresh perspective on one of America’s most heavily traveled neighborhoods. It helps that it’s two blocks to the north of Hollywood Boulevard, on the east side of Vine; the whole of Hollywood is within walking distance, if you can imagine walking here, but you won’t be pushing through crowds to get to the Everly’s door. The rooms and suites, as is typical of Kimpton, are sunny and stylish, with modernist-inspired furniture and far-ranging views — some face the city skyline, while others have impressive direct views of the Hollywood Hills. There’s a yoga mat in every room, another Kimpton signature, and while the accommodations stop short of luxury-hotel extravagance, they’re much more than comfortable enough. The Everly’s fifth-floor pool terrace offers some of the finest views, and it’s also home to a poolside bar and lounge. Meanwhile the Ever Bar is the sort of versatile social space that’s as well suited to daytime co-working as it is to nighttime revelry. And Jane Q, the coffee bar and restaurant, serves everything from steel-cut oats to wood-fired pizza, using ingredients sourced from the Hollywood farmer’s market.
