About seven x seven Itoshima
Seven x Seven Itoshima offers a different take on the seaside resorts of southwestern Japan: the brand’s concept combines “self hospitality” with luxury, on the theory that today’s travelers prefer low-profile, low-touch service even as they enjoy top-shelf facilities and comforts. The setting, right on one of Itoshima’s finest beaches, is idyllic, and gives each of the hotel’s 47 rooms and suites a view out to sea. The design is as modern as the concept, while the comforts mix high-tech and low; it’s still hard to beat a bathtub that’s open to the sea breeze. Yoga classes and e-bikes are available to guests, as are stand-up paddle boards and lessons. All in all, an inspired and unconventional vision of the traditional seaside holiday.
