About Cave Bianche Hotel
Hotels in caves are rare, but not unheard of; Cave Bianche, however, is the first hotel to be built on the site of a limestone quarry. Its stone structures and its minimalist-chic rooms mirror the straight lines of the quarry’s walls, while the gardens and lawns add organic warmth to the unusual site. A sizable swimming pool and a Sicilian restaurant with a terrace are the hubs of the hotel’s social life, while the island of Favignana, just off the western tip of Sicily, offers guests plenty of reasons to explore.
