Once a 1969 Brutalist office block, Hotel Indy has been reimagined as a bold, 90-room boutique stay. Originally built for the State Life Insurance Company, it still features exposed concrete ceilings, now offset by vivid colors, layered textures, and modernist furnishings. The rooftop lounge offers skyline views and Indy-inspired cocktails, while local art adds character throughout. Part of Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio, it feels independent by design and fits right into the city’s reawakening Wholesale District.
