About The Ritz-Carlton Residences\u002c Waikiki Beach
Just off Kalakaua Avenue rather than on it, this dual-tower high-rise keeps its lobby, restaurants and pools on the eighth floor: no passing foot traffic, no crowded bars, and a calm that most Waikiki addresses can't offer. All 552 units are individually owned residences: even the smallest king room starts at 500 square feet with a kitchenette, living area and laundry. Upper floors scale through one, two and three-bedroom configurations, color palettes shifting by level to reflect the island's landscapes. Solera is the open-air rooftop restaurant; ten-seat omakase counter Sushi Sho requires booking well ahead.
