Dubai isn’t short on high-end hotels, but SIRO One Za’abeel takes a different track. This is wellness with structure: a 900-square-metre gym, rooms tailored for sleep and recovery, and menus designed with performance in mind. Recovery closets come stocked with resistance bands and foam rollers, minibars with blueberries and kombucha. It is purpose-built for people who take care seriously, whether or not they are training for a marathon. Located in the One Za’abeel development, it is the first outpost of a new biohacking-focused brand from the team behind One & Only and Atlantis.
