About Château de Courban
An 1837 manor house set between Troyes, Dijon, and Chablis, is a fine exemplar of hospitality in the Burgundy wine country. Château de Courban & Spa Nuxe is devotedly historical in its exteriors and its public spaces, but it’s been subtly updated into a quite contemporary luxury hotel; rooms retain their period romance even amid modern amenities and decorative elements, while the spa is state-of-the-art. The grounds are magnificent, as is the pool deck, and the restaurant is, for many guests, the reason for the visit.
