The historic bones of the place are still present, and lend an air of architectural distinction, but the décor is thoroughly, vibrantly modern. The 61 rooms and suites are as luxurious as they are stylish, from the Cosy Rooms all the way up to the Signature Suite. And the Malmaison Bar & Grill serves a seasonal menu focused on grass-fed British beef.
