About Kronwell Brasov Hotel
The heart of Transylvania might not be the first place you’d look for a high-design urban lodging, but that’s just what you’ll find in Kronwell, a versatile luxury boutique hotel adjacent to the rail terminal and the Braşov city center. This imposing contemporary building contains a selection of rooms and suites designed in a slightly retro late modernist style, with all the expected high-end boutique-hotel comforts, both high-tech and low. And its facilities far outstrip ordinary boutique-hotel offerings — the Belaqva Spa is joined not only by a well-equipped gym, but by an expansive kids’ club called Happy Shark as well as Dash, an “entertainment club” that counts among its offerings a three-lane bowling alley. Meanwhile the dining options range from the Madame Prallini bakery to Couchette, a French-inspired fine dining restaurant.
