About Sheraton Bishkek
Sheraton Bishkek rises 88 meters as Kyrgyzstan's tallest building, though the cranes across the skyline suggest that won't last long. What will endure are the views from Iwa, the rooftop restaurant and bar where the Kyrgyz Ala-Too mountains stack up to the south as Kazakhstan's plains stretch north. The Japan-inspired dining room fills each evening with locals ordering ribeye yakiniku and king crab sushi rolls, a five-piece band playing through dinner service. Opened in 2019 for business travelers, the hotel delivers wood-paneled rooms and marble bathrooms that do the job without fanfare.
