It would be hard to conceive of a hotel that more succinctly captures the youthful side of present-day Bath than this row of three Georgian townhouses, just across Pulteney Bridge from the old city center. No. 15’s exteriors may be pure time-capsule, but the interiors recall some of England’s more fashionable and playful country-house hotels — at the entry level, however, its rooms are substantially more attainable. Comforts abound, however, both in-room and in the basement spa; meanwhile the restaurant serves seasonal British cuisine, and the bar is a stylish spot for a nightcap with Meanwhile the airy restaurant serves breakfast daily and the Bar is a stylish spot for cocktails, lunch or supper.
