Built in 1810 in the Empire style, with elements dating back to the 17th century, The Zetter 717 has been reimagined by James Thurstan Waterworth, the designer shaping hotels across The Zetter Collection. The rooms vary by layout and outlook, with views over Prinsengracht, the courtyard garden or another part of the house.

A concrete reason to choose it is scale. With 24 bedrooms, the hotel is a small boutique hotel rather than a large property. The Suite adds a more spacious option at approximately 57sqm, with a super king bed, tucked-away nook bunks, a generous bathroom, separate WC, terrace and garden outlook.
