Fondue + Bingo at Chandon Australia combines a winter dining format with a table game at the Yarra Valley cellar door. The session brings together shared cheese fondue, seasonal accompaniments, three sparkling-wine pairings and a bingo wheel for the table.
The experience is structured as a 90-minute seasonal tasting and dining session for groups of 2 to 10 guests. It runs daily through the winter season, with daily booking slots from the afternoon onward.

The fondue is Swiss-style, made with Swiss raclette and Victorian Long Paddock cheese, then finished with sparkling wine. Seasonal accompaniments and a S'more-inspired chocolate tartlet dessert are also included.
The wine pairing includes three 60ml pours: Chandon Vintage Blanc de Blancs, Chandon Cuvée 205 and Chandon Ruby Cuvée.
