Realm Cellars brings Office Hours to Saison Cellar & Wine Bar in San Francisco for a 90-minute BYOR Holiday tasting and conversation.
Office Hours at Saison Cellar: BYOR Holiday is one of Realm Cellars’ four informal wine gatherings in San Francisco. The evening is built around a single theme, and this edition is the BYOR Holiday session, short for Bring Your Own Realm, which is optional.
The format is a 90-minute conversation and tasting led by Realm’s Head Sommelier, Jacob Brown. Wines come from Realm’s cellar and from producers that inspire the team, and lite bites are included during the tasting.
Brown also brings experience from Lazy Bear in San Francisco, where he was Beverage Director and worked on a Wine Spectator Grand Award–winning list. The event materials frame the gathering as a place to taste, ask questions, and talk about the wines without making it formal.
The gathering takes place at Saison Cellar & Wine Bar in San Francisco at 234 Townsend St. The materials also note that this location is separate from Saison Restaurant and that membership at Saison Cellar is not required.
The published price is $125 per person, with event cost noted as varying by theme across the series. Attendance for this BYOR Holiday session is listed at 40 guests.
BYOR stands for Bring Your Own Realm, and bringing a Realm Cellars bottle is optional for this Holiday edition.
