Taste Port Douglas marks its tenth anniversary with a four-day program in Port Douglas spanning food, wine and wellness. The festival runs from August 6 to August 9, 2026, with beach yoga, sunrise coffees, masterclasses and chef takeovers across the program.
Chef takeovers and named culinary guests
The Takeover Series runs from August 7 to 9, pairing visiting culinary guests with local venues across Port Douglas, Palm Cove and Mowbray Valley. Featured chefs named for the festival include Mindy Woods, Matt Stone, Louis Tikaram, Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge.
Festival Village and masterclasses
Festival Village is held on August 8 and 9 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort grounds, with the Moffat Main Stage, pop-up food stalls, bars, producer showcases, live music and Barefoot Beach Bar. The Moffat Masterclass Series runs August 6 to 9, covering pastry, whole fish breakdown, seafood, mixology, wine pairings and cheese or risotto making.
