Salmon Set Preorder at Sanyuu West

Pickup-only format

Salmon Set Preorder is built around a single pickup format: pre-order the Giant Salmon Nigiri Set and collect it at Sanyuu West. The source description identifies the arrangement as “Pickup Only,” and a separate format note describes it as a food pickup or takeout preorder for the same Giant Salmon Nigiri Set. That means the useful planning details are the item, the pickup location, and the scheduled pickup window, not a dine-in service description.

What the set includes

The featured item is the Giant Salmon Nigiri Set. The menu detail available for the preorder says the set consists of 8 pieces of giant salmon nigiri. The same item is also described as a Salmon Sushi Set with a listed price of $30.00 USD. No broader menu, add-ons, substitutions, or additional dishes are specified, so the clearest read is that this page concerns that named salmon nigiri set only.

The wording across the available details uses both “Giant Salmon Nigiri Set” and “Salmon Sushi Set.” Those references point to the preorder’s salmon sushi item, with the more specific menu detail identifying the contents as 8 pieces of giant salmon nigiri. The event name is shorter, but the practical subject is the pickup preorder for that set.

Pickup location and timing

Pickup is at Sanyuu West in New York City. The venue address is 228 W 18th St, New York, NY 10011, and the venue is identified in the database as a bar; a separate venue description identifies Sanyuu West as a sushi bar and omakase restaurant. The preorder pickup is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 5:15 PM EDT.
