Madeline's Tea Party at Bemelmans Bar

Madeline-inspired tea at Bemelmans Bar

Madeline's Tea Party is built around a family holiday tea format inside Bemelmans Bar in New York City. The program is described as Madeline-inspired, with custom sweet treats and live entertainment as part of the event. Bemelmans Bar is the named venue, and the setting is specifically tied to original murals by Ludwig Bemelmans, connecting the room itself to the Madeline theme without needing a separate staging concept.

The event takes place at Bemelmans Bar, identified as a bar in New York City. The venue address is 35 E 76th St, New York, NY 10021. Timing details place the event on a Saturday morning-to-midday schedule, with the date and time handled by the event information shown alongside this copy.

Program and tea service

The program includes live musical entertainment, songs from the Madeline songbook with piano accompaniment, and storytelling or read-alongs. Tina deVaron is the named featured participant, listed as pianist and storyteller, so the musical and story elements are connected to a specific performer rather than described only as general children’s entertainment.

Food details center on a tea-party service rather than a full meal description. The event includes custom treats, tea buffet items, pastries, sweets, and child-friendly teatime fare. Those are the supported menu categories; no specific individual pastry, beverage, or plated dish is named here.

How access is handled

Admission is handled through Resy for Bemelmans Bar events, with American Express Global Dining Access named in the booking context. The event also has a legacy event link associated with Resy, but the page should rely on the normal event action area rather than repeating a raw link in the description.
